Mike Musser (“Muss”) serves as a President of McNees GR. Based in Harrisburg; he is best known for having an expansive network and the ability to bring parties together to achieve results. Regardless of whether he’s dealing with a Fortune 500 company or a small family-run business, Muss has an uncanny ability to make connections and find synergies that add value.
From the corporate boardroom to the local municipal meeting, as the Co-Chair of the group, Muss oversees a bi-partisan team of individuals that can deliver results for clients in any situation.
Muss’s primary area of practice has been and continues to be assisting clients navigate issues at the county and state agency level. Whether it be opening a door for a client who’s looking to grow their business or navigating the complexity of government to secure needed funding or regulatory approvals for a real estate development project, Muss has the experience and relationships to deliver results for his clients.
When not at work, Muss enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. As an enthusiastic alumnus of Bishop McDevitt High School, he takes pride in using his connections to contribute to the school's success.

Dave Feidt serves as Vice President of Government Relations for McNees GR, where he has worked for nearly his entire professional career. Based in Harrisburg, Dave is best known for his diverse and extensive relationships across Pennsylvania and his tireless work ethic.
Dave’s primary areas of practice are grassroots advocacy and real estate consulting. He has led efforts at all levels of government. From rallying a community in support of a new development or zoning change to mobilizing people across the state in opposition to controversial federal legislation, he has the ability and experience to execute a successful effort no matter what level of government the client may be dealing with.
Dave has served as the Chairman of the Dauphin County Republican Committee since 2016 and as Co-Chair of the Central Caucus of the Pennsylvania Republican Party since 2020. He has also served for over a decade on the board of the Derry Township Municipal Authority, where he currently serves as Chairman.

Sheri leverages more than three decades of leadership experience in state government, including nearly 20 years in economic development roles. Prior to joining McNees GR, Sheri served the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a range of roles including as a Deputy Secretary at the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) and Deputy Secretary for the Office of Technology & Innovation, where she was responsible for deploying over $150 million to various initiatives and organizations to advance Pennsylvania’s economy.
Sheri has been a champion for Pennsylvania’s rural communities, leading the charge to increase access to high-speed internet service and working to establish the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority. She also served as Pennsylvania’s State Alternate to the Appalachian Regional Commission and played a significant role in advocating for ARC’s continued operations, and expansion of the organization’s funding.
Sheri’s experience in state government gives her a unique advantage and allows her to support her private and public sector clients by providing sound, strategic guidance on a variety of topics including market expansion, funding opportunities, and partnership development.
A resident of Dauphin County, Sheri serves on the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army Harrisburg Capital City Region and is a Patient Volunteer with Hospice of Central Pennsylvania.

She has spent nearly a decade helping McNees GR clients by leveraging her extensive state government and political experience – including roles at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee, and as Finance Director/Partner for a Harrisburg-based consulting firm focusing on business development and fundraising.
Katie specializes in county-based grant program management, local and state grant funding project management, and strategic partnerships across all sectors of Pennsylvania. She collaborates with various counties on funding programs that are available for municipalities, authorities, and nonprofits – with a goal of driving economic development and completing key projects for clients. Katie plays a crucial role in connecting clients with Pennsylvania leaders, fostering strategic relationships and helping them navigate the complexities of both government and the private sector.
Katie earned her B.A. in Marketing from Marshall University, graduating magna cum laude. She was awarded 30 Under 30, Pennsylvania’s Top Rising Stars in 2012 and Top 50 Political Consultants in Pennsylvania in 2022. She received her certification in PA Economic Development Course in 2023.

Based in Pittsburgh, Nate Regotti brings over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of state and local government. He helps clients develop government relations strategies, identify funding opportunities, and build relationships with key community stakeholders and elected officials.
Nate is the Greater Pittsburgh Regional Director, where he holds deeply rooted relationships across Western Pennsylvania, and in northern West Virginia. He previously served as Chief of Staff to Pennsylvania State Representative Pam Snyder where he built a wide network of state officials in Harrisburg and around the Commonwealth. During his time with Rep. Snyder, Nate helped municipalities in applying and securing grant funding, solved constituent issues, and lead the office’s strategic communications.
Prior to joining McNees GR, Nate was the Senior Manager of Government Affairs for Comcast in the Keystone region, representing the company to community stakeholders and municipal officials across Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. A graduate of Waynesburg University, Nate earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. He and his wife, Casey, live in the Mid Mon Valley with their young son Rory.

Charles brings over 15 years of legislative and executive experience, helping clients navigate Ohio’s state government. As a registered lobbyist, he specializes in developing government relations strategies and communicating clients’ needs to key officials, especially within the Ohio General Assembly and the Governor’s Administration.
Charles provides effective representation as clients face changing regulations that impact their operations. He has led efforts to reform Ohio’s electric utility subsidies and competitive energy markets, attracting industrial investments. He also played a key role in expanding clean energy credit eligibility and removing barriers for the "Teach for America" program in Ohio schools.
His work includes advocating for millions in telecom technology investments while preserving local control under Ohio’s Constitution. Charles began his career as an aide in the Ohio Senate, later becoming chief aide to the Ohio House Transportation Committee and legislative liaison for the Ohio Attorney General. He also directed the Ohio Chamber of Commerce’s Energy & Environmental Policy section, influencing significant policy changes.
A graduate of Miami University, Charles holds a background in political science and history. He is an active member of the Ohio Lobbying Association and supports its Foundation, which provides scholarships to public policy students.

Michael E. In that role, she was responsible for, among other things, public policy development, grassroots advocacy, legislative outreach and PAC fundraising. Brittney’s previous positions have included Association Executive for the Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS®, and Political Field Representative – South Central Region for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. She began her career working in the Office of Governor Tom Corbett.

Before joining McNees GR, Bill was a key staff member in the Pennsylvania legislature, serving as Leadership Executive Director in the House of Representatives and part of the House Democratic Caucus leadership team. He was Executive Director of the Pennsylvania House Gaming Oversight Committee, where he developed his expertise in gaming policy. He had previously served as the Deputy Communications Director for the House Majority Leader from 2008 to 2010.
Bill started his government career in West Virginia, where he served as Assistant Director of the West Virginia Legislative Reference and Information Center, a nonpartisan office of the West Virginia Legislature.
As Vice President of Government Affairs for McNees GR, Bill utilizes his extensive experience and understanding of the legislative and political processes, to advocate for issues important to clients.
